1. General Provisions
k333 ("we", "our", "platform") is an online casino and betting service platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms form the applicable agreement between us and every member who uses our services ("user", "you").
These terms and conditions have been prepared in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. By using any part of the k333 website, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (same for all methods).
- Deposits must be made only from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
- Depositing using a third-party account is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all funds will be forfeited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
- Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the mobile banking number used for the deposit and registered on the account.
- Winnings earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawing winnings from the bonus. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only, not on deposit + bonus.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus has a specific validity period; it will be cancelled if not used within the set time.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred to another account.
- If any user attempts to abuse the bonus system (for example, through artificial betting), the bonus will be cancelled.
- k333 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
6. Betting Rules

Each game or betting market may have specific minimum and maximum bet limits, which will be displayed to the user at the time of placing a bet. k333 may change betting limits at any time.
6.2 Bet Cancellation
k333 reserves the right to cancel bets in the following circumstances:
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
- If an event or match is cancelled or abandoned.
- If a bet is found to have been placed by exploiting a system error.
6.3 Sports Betting
Internationally recognised sports betting rules apply to wagering on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. In any dispute regarding match results, k333's decision will be considered final.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k333 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of the balance:
- Participating in match fixing or any form of sports manipulation.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to gain unfair advantages through software bots, automated scripts, or other technical means.
- Identifying a technical error or bug and using it for personal gain instead of reporting it to the system.
- Attempting to claim bonuses repeatedly by opening multiple accounts.
- Using another user's account credentials or attempting to harm other users.
- Attempting to breach the platform's security systems or engaging in any hacking-related activity.
8. Account Closure
8.1 Account Closure at the User's Request

8.2 Account Closure at k333's Initiative
k333 reserves the right to close an account without notice for the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these terms.

- Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
- Extended inactivity on the platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
k333 is not liable for any loss caused by technical issues, server downtime, internet connectivity problems, or other circumstances beyond the user's control.
